Using Polymath Design's unique lighting procurement approach, we worked with Wheeler Kerns Architects to develop a lighting design package that would meet all of the design needs, but budgetary needs of Phase 2 of the Intrinsic Charter School.  As part of this approach, photometric calculations were reviewed to potentially increase luminaire spacing or decreasing lumen output, both potentially cost saving measures.  When complete, these efforts allowed WKA to maintain the design aesthetic while meeting the tight design budget allowed.
