Using Polymath Design’s unique lighting procurement approach, we partnered with Wheeler Kearns Architects to develop a lighting package that balanced both the design vision and the strict budget requirements for Phase 2 of Intrinsic Charter School.

Photometric calculations were strategically reviewed to optimize performance — increasing luminaire spacing and adjusting lumen outputs where possible without compromising light quality. Every fixture selection was carefully analyzed for both visual impact and energy efficiency, ensuring consistent illumination across classrooms, corridors, and gathering spaces.
